Job DescriptionOperations Manager - Plant, Supply Chain, & Logistics - Nationwide ScopeOverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of plant production, supply chain, logistics, and procurement on a national level. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. It is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced operations professional with expertise in managing multi-site manufacturing, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations.Work set-up: Onsite, Monday-Friday, DayshiftCan be based in Pasig City or Carmona, CaviteResponsibilities1. Plant Production
  • Manage day-to-day operations at all manufacturing sites across the country.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Introduce and implement continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee production schedules to align with customer demands and business needs.
  • Guide plant managers to ensure consistency and goal alignment across all locations.
2. Supply Chain Management
  • Plan and optimize the national supply chain network, including production and distribution.
  • Develop strategies for efficient supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, demand planning, and material flow.
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to align supply chain activities with forecasts and targets.
3. Logistics
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and product distribution.
  • Create cost-effective transportation plans to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., customs, port authorities) as required.
4. Procurement
  • Drive procurement efforts for raw materials, packaging, and indirect expenses.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing standards and procurement policies.
5. Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across operations, supply chain, and logistics functions.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and performance excellence.
  • Define clear goals for team members, provide feedback, and enable professional development.
6. Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Actively participate in developing and executing operational strategies at a national level.
  • Lead initiatives to improve production capacity and operational resilience.
  • Manage budgets and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
7. Health, Safety, & Environmental Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through regular training and by leading by example.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective measures, and ensure prevention of similar issues.
8. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Champion initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs, using frameworks like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or TQM.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and technological enhancements.
  • Lead efforts to overcome operational obstacles and maintain a competitive edge.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Over 8 years of proven experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.
