plant facility performance through effective leadership of mechanical, electrical,
instrumentation/automation, preventive maintenance, and SPS functions. Oversees spare parts
inventory and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards and cost-
effectiveness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Strategic Leadership & Department Management
Provide strategic direction aligned with organizational goals
Lead maintenance teams across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines
Implement and monitor maintenance KRAs focused on equipment availability and
reliability
Ensure compliance with global maintenance directives
Drive integration across maintenance units and deliver on established SLAs
2. Maintenance Program Implementation
Execute maintenance programs following Cement Industrial Framework
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical specifications
Manage Work Order System and technical documentation
Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, QA, and Process departments
Ensure integrity of Technical Information Systems (TIS) and Production Information
Management Systems (PIMS)
3. Financial Management
Control operating costs and maintenance budgets
Optimize spare parts inventory and warehouse operations
Review and justify equipment replacement CAPEX
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining equipment reliability
Manage Net Working Capital through effective inventory control
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Establish and monitor inventory policies and procedures
Ensure optimal stock levels while maintaining material availability
Implement cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs
Manage vendor performance and delivery evaluations
Oversee Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and goods receipt processes
5. Team Development & Leadership
Build and maintain high-performing maintenance teams Implement training and development programs
Conduct regular performance evaluations
Foster employee engagement and innovation
Recognize and reward team achievements
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations
Maintain environmental compliance
Follow IT security directives
Uphold company policies including Code of Business Conduct and Anti-Corruption
guidelines
Implement Internal Control Standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
10 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
Experience with maintenance management systems and CMMS
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory requirements
