The position is responsible for ensuring seamless project transitions by conducting comprehensive project readiness reviews and implementing the project turnover process.Project Readiness

Implements the project execution readiness review with Project Development ensuring all pre-execution requirements are ready prior to acceptance of Project Execution Conducts project readiness and compliance reviews to ensure all deliverables are completed and criteria are met before advancing to the next phase gate
Collaborate with all stakeholders to address any issues Develops and implements strategies to improve the project readiness process
Maintain accurate documentation and records of project readiness activities
Report on project readiness status to the management and relevant stakeholder
Facilitate Financial Investment Decision (FID) readiness reviews, prepare decision support packages, and present status updates to management.

Project Turnover

Conducts the implementation of the project turnover readiness process from Project Execution to Operation
Facilitates project compliance reviews before project turnover to the operating business unit
Coordinates with PDE departments to ensure that Operational Readiness Review requirements are complete
Collaborate with all stakeholders to address any issues
Develops and implements strategies to improve the project turnover process
Maintain accurate documentation and records of project turnover activities
Report on project turnover status to the management and relevant stakeholder

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer or any related course
Professional individual certification on Project Management, preferred but not required
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
