- Lead IT planning to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives in alignment with corporate goals and programs.
- Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process. Establish the quarterly outlook process and provide regular reports to the IT Leadership Team (IT LT).
- In coordination with FPH IT PMO, recommend options for justifying IT business cases within the PMO project portfolio by identifying the business value created by IT projects.
- Develop and oversee the internal review function to ensure compliance with finance, operational controls, and policies.
- Identify business process strengths and weaknesses and propose areas for improvement.
- Build and drive culture change to enhance commercial thinking.
- Establish an efficient contracts administration and monitoring system to ensure the continuity of services from vendors and avoid disruptions to company operations.
- Participate actively in vendor selection, outsourcing, and vendor management to ensure the effective delivery of IT supplies and services.
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in IT, Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in IT Governance, including involvement in the development and implementation of IT strategy, identification and successful implementation of business process improvements, and IT budget management.
- Expertise in COBIT, ITSM/ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, project management, Business Process Analysis and Design, Risk Management, Budget Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Knowledgeable in strategic planning, risk analysis, and business justification.
- Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral. Has experience dealing with top management.
- Knowledge in the power, petroleum, energy generation, manufacturing, and/or IT sectors.
- Ability to influence and build consensus with the IT team, other support teams, and leadership, along with good presentation skills to align the IT organization with overall business objectives.
- Background and understanding of accounting and financial principles, practices, and procedures, with solid fundamental valuation skills in making business cases.
