Nature of Employment: Full Time Working Setup: Full Onsite Location: Bridgetown, Quezon City Working Schedule: Night Shift Basic Salary: Up to PHP 100,000 Role Overview: As a Bid Proposal Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and account teams by managing and delivering high-quality responses to customer due diligence requests. This role is heavily focused on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) , with additional exposure to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Security Questionnaires . You will partner closely with Sales, Account Executives, and cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Security, Compliance, and Delivery teams) to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid responses. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) , with the majority of workload focused on DDQ support Hands-on experience handling Security Questionnaires and customer compliance documentation Strong proficiency in Salesforce , with demonstrated experience using Salesforce Case Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Sales teams and internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests concurrently while maintaining high accuracy and quality Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience coordinating inputs from multiple internal teams to meet submission deadlines Experience supporting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Proficiency with bid management and content repository tools such as Loopio (RFP/DDQ catalog) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe for document editing, formatting, and questionnaire completion Experience working closely with Account Executives (AEs) to triage and process bid-related requests Familiarity with enterprise sales environments or large, matrixed organizations
