The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Facilities Management at KMC:Project Technician is responsible for providing structured cabling and repair support for the access control equipment, CCTV and Server UPS including MEPFS works as directed.To apply for Facilities Management, you are excellent at:
Pulling, terminating, testing and labelig voice and data cabling
Installating Cat5E, Cat6, Single and Multimode Fiber
Terminating data jacks and patch panels
Perform testing and troubleshooting of IT equipment, biometrics, and CCTV (analog or IP)
Troubleshooting and documentation of Server UPS 1.5 -5KVA capacity
Any adhoc duties as required
Closet experience (tracing, patched) preferred
Follow safety procedures and practice job etiquette.
Secondary option for assistance related to office refresh, reconfiguration, and reinstatement projects under the scopes of Engineering Team including but not limited to:
Civil/Architectural works
Wall restoration
Wall painting
Table installation
Electrical works
Electrical outlet
Mechanical works
Fire protection repairs and maintenance
Your Success Profile includes:
Graduate on any technical courses, vocational courses is accepted.
Must have at least 1-2 years of copper and structured cabling
Closet experience (tracing, patched) preferred
Willing to travel to other branches
Willing to work in any shift
Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders and test tools.
Work in a quick manner
Follow safety procedures and practice job etiquette
Take instructions from Immediate supervisor
