About the Role We&aposre looking for an Acquisitions, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to drive growth and efficiency across our revenue-generating teams. In this hybrid role, you will be a key player in shaping our GTM strategy, optimizing our sales and marketing processes, and managing our acquisitions pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our company&aposs growth by bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Responsibilities Acquisitions Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and acquire new customers. This includes managing the entire acquisitions funnel, from lead generation and qualification to conversion. Revenue Operations: Manage and optimize the technology stack, processes, and data that support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This involves CRM administration, sales tool implementation, data analysis, and creating performance dashboards. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute our GTM strategy. You&aposll help identify new market opportunities, develop product launch plans, and ensure alignment across all customer-facing teams. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and forecast revenue. You&aposll provide actionable insights to leadership and team managers. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within the sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to reduce friction and improve productivity. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure our revenue operations and GTM efforts are aligned with company-wide goals. Qualifications Proven experience in a role that combines elements of acquisitions, revenue operations, or GTM strategy. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales and marketing tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to various audiences. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement.
