Key Responsibilities Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for assigned properties. Record and reconcile rental income, common area maintenance (CAM), utilities, and other property-related revenues. Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and tenant billings. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances. Ensure timely collection and proper posting of rent and other charges. Coordinate with property managers regarding billing issues, delinquencies, and expense controls. Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax requirements. Assist in tax-related filings relevant to property operations, as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 13 years of accounting experience; property or real estate accounting experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software and MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information.
