Job Description: As an Assistant Learning and Development Manager, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. You will work closely with the Global Learning and Development Manager to ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the company's objectives. Position Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of effective training programs and initiatives. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources. Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with department managers to identify training opportunities and align programs with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Ad ministration, or a related field. Proven experience in training and development or a related role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in training design and facilitation, with a focus on interactive and learner-centered approaches. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
