We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be a key member of our marketing and creative team and will be responsible for the visual execution of our brand communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities Concept development and design of social media posts (static & animated) Professional image editing and retouching (cut-outs, color corrections, compositing, optimization for print & digital) Design of flyers, art books, workbooks, and other print materials Layout and maintenance of calendars, certificates, and awards Creation of banners (web, newsletters, campaigns) Design of YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets Development and implementation of trade fair designs (roll-ups, walls, counters, displays) Adaptation and further development of existing layouts in accordance with CI guidelines Close collaboration with marketing, product management, and external partners Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification 2-3 years of relevant experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus) Strong sense for layout, typography, color, and brand aesthetics Experience in print and digital design as well as image editing Structured, independent, and reliable working style Creativity combined with high quality standards Team player with openness to feedback Good English skills (German skills are a plus) What We Provide: TRAINING : You will work with various members of our team locally and onshore to ensure you are set up for success.
