- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to schedule roof inspection appointments.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Roof Plug services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads to ensure appointments meet company standards and sales requirements.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, appointments, and lead quality.
- Follow established scripts, compliance standards, and company guidelines during outreach.

- At least 1 year experience as an appointment setter, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and fast-paced environments.
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools; familiarity with dialer and email automation is a plus.
- Ability to qualify leads accurately and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and data-entry skills.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
