What Are The Roles And Responsibilities Design sales and marketing materials. Create graphics for merchandising materials, packaging designs, and other advertising initiatives that align with the brand's identity. Develop key visuals. Conceptualize and execute design ideas through good visuals, typography, and color schemes that align with the brand's project brief and target audience. Adapt designs to various mediums. Harmonize all advertising initiatives by adapting key visuals to different digital and print projects. Collaborate with brand proponents. Coordinate with internal brand teams in the design concept phase until completion of a project to ensure cohesive creative visuals. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite. Develop designs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant programs provided. What Are The Qualifications Education. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor&aposs degree in art/design/creative Multimedia or Equivalent. Experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design is an advantage. Graphic design skills. Must have intermediate knowledge in graphic design. Technical Proficiency. Skilled in multiple adobe softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Adaptability. Flexible and easily adjusts designs to changing project requirements, feedback, and design challenges. Time management skills. Is deadline-oriented and has good time-management skills to deliver high-quality designs on schedule. Additional Skills. Basic knowledge in photography and video editing is a plus.
