Accounting Associate - Billing and Collections

- Maintaining customer current accounts
- Processing payments and assure timely follow up
- Investigate history of account and current status of clients
- Reach out to clients via calls to remind them of their outstanding balances
- Coordinates respective teams for any disputes
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly
- Processing payments using third party merchants
- Conduct periodic audits of customer accounts to ensure that they are billed properly and in alignment with the services provided
- Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in billing records
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, providing them with assistance and support throughout the collection and billing process
- Create accounting/billing reports in QuickBooks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Prefers to work on a graveyard shift since clients are not based in the Philippines
- Proficiency in using accounting tools like Quickbooks and other CRM tools
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge of billing procedures and must be comfortable with handling customer disputes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must be willing to work and relocate to Cebu
- Time management, data entry management, and general math skills
- Monthly salary of 20,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
- New hire bonus of 5,000
