Job Title:Senior Project Management/Construction Management ManagerJob Summary:Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Acts as a liaison between the client, contractor, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activitiesMonitor budgets, timelines, and quality standardsMaintain project documentation (Risk Register, Execution Plan, etc.)Review contractor deliverables (programs, testing plans, QA/QC, safety)Ensure contract compliance and effective communication among stakeholdersManage project risks, issues, and provide solutionsLead reporting and construction close-out processesSupervisory Role:Manages external project team and Associate Project ManagerRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureLicensed professional and PMP certificationAt least 8 years experience in residential construction projectsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SmartSheet)Technical Skills:Construction planning and executionRisk management and problem-solvingKnowledge of safety and QA/QC standardsContract review and compliance
