Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
  • Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Territory Management
  • Manage and monitor sales activities across the Marbel and Tacurong region and nearby areas.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.
Team Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
  • Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
Logistics Support
  • Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and time while covering multiple locations.
