- Identify target accounts and decision-makers based on ideal customer profiles
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases using sales intelligence tools
- Research companies, industries, and personas to inform outreach messaging
- Validate and enrich contact data to ensure high deliverability and accuracy
- Segment prospects by role, industry, company size, and buying signals
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages daily
- Run cold email campaigns using sequencing and automation tools
- Customize messaging based on prospect context and pain points
- Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups across multiple touchpoints
- Respond promptly to inbound replies to maintain engagement momentum
- Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness
- Conduct initial discovery conversations or written qualification
- Differentiate and tag leads appropriately (MQL vs SQL)
- Maintain clean lead stages and handoff notes for sales teams
- Re-engage stalled or cold prospects strategically
- Log all outreach activity and outcomes accurately in CRM systems
- Maintain up-to-date lead statuses and next steps
- Ensure clean, deduplicated, and well-documented records
- Track engagement history and qualification context
- Support reporting on pipeline contribution and lead quality
- Track outreach activity and conversion metrics
- Identify which messages, sequences, and channels perform best
- Test and refine subject lines, CTAs, and personalization approaches
- Share insights and recommendations based on performance data
- 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
- Strong prospect research and list-building skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with consistency and quality
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, agencies, or startups
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts
- Exposure to AI-assisted prospecting or personalization tools
- Understanding of account-based or multi-stakeholder prospecting
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Email tools (Gmail or Outlook)
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Sales intelligence tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io)
- Email automation platforms (Lemlist, Instantly, Outreach, SalesLoft)
- Web scraping or data enrichment tools
- Scheduling tools (Calendly or similar)
- AI tools for research, personalization, or drafting support
