The Employee Relations (ER) Manager is responsible for managing and implementing company policies related to Accountability to Deduct (ATD) processes, administrative disciplinary cases, and employee conduct. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and organizational standards, while serving as a key liaison between employees, management, and manpower agencies. The ER Manager also contributes to HR policy development, supports agency partnerships, enhances employee engagement, and ensures compliance with labor regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Postgraduate studies or certifications in Labor Relations or Employment Law are an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Compliance, or Human Resource Management. Proven experience in handling disciplinary investigations, employee misconduct cases, and appeal processes.
