Related sectoral trainings on Family, Women, Youth, Children, Older Persons, Persons with Disability, Indigenous People and Internally Displaced Persons.Training certificates must be consistent with the identified trainings indicated in the Personal Data Sheet Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience on social work administration, project/program development and management, research, training development and administration, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and networking, social marketing and media relations, ICT applications and operations Eligibility : RA 1080 (Social Worker) JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Division Chief, the Social Welfare Officer III shall perform key roles in the preparation of situational analysis, in-depth desk review, project proposals, materials development, project manual, documentation report and feedback report on demonstration/pilot testing activity and project monitoring evaluation, social marketing and perform other related work. Functions and Responsibilities: 1.Conduct situation analysis/ environmental scanning / review of literature/studies on sectoral needs as basis for social technology development Older Person, Persons with Disability, Internally Displaced Persons and Indigenous People Welfare 2.Participate in researches and evaluations for program development 3.Prepare concept note responsive to the emerging needs of the sector Older Person, Persons with Disability, Internally Displaced Persons and Indigenous People Welfare 4.Prepare activity proposal for the implementation of specific program/project e.g. capability building, Focus Group Discussion and consultation meetings based on approved concept paper and program design 5.Conduct ST demonstration, pilot testing, monitoring and technical assistance to DSWD Field Office/s and other stakeholders 6.Prepare documentation report on pilot testing related activities i.e. capability building/consultation dialogue 7.Conduct social marketing and training/orientation for the institutionalization/replication of completed pilot projects 8.Establish and maintain data banking on all projects pilot tested and completed 9.Review, analyze and prepare technical papers and other documents 10.Attend inter-agency meetings, both internal and external to the DSWD 11.Prepare Work and Financial Plan, and ensure timely fund utilization 12.Assist to special assignments of the Bureau such as planning, budgeting, risk management, quality management, institutional development, strategic priorities, institutional development and capacity building and 13.Perform other related tasks and special assignments.
