Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Project In-Charge at GC&C Group of Companies located in Bacolod. The Project In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects from start to finish and ensuring that projects are executed within the budget and scope. This will require efficient communication with various stakeholders and teams to deliver projects that meet the needs of both our clients and our organization. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) could be advantageous. Minimum of 5-7 years in construction project management, demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibilities. Proven track record in successfully managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with construction-related tools. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and make decisions under pressure. Experience in managing teams and people Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently. Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and requirements.
