The Supplier Production team is tasked with coordinating digital assets from THE ICONIC’s suppliers to in-house Production teams and through the production process. They are responsible for the tracking and checking of all supplier imagery bookings as well as overseeing the end to end production of the digital assets, ensuring all items are produced and successfully uploaded to THE ICONIC’s ecommerce website.Key Responsibilities:

Work with ZALORA and it’s Australian counterpart THE ICONIC in collaborating with teams located in Manila, Philippines and Sydney, Australia
Liaise with THE ICONIC’s Category Management team to ascertain upcoming supplier imagery bookings and raise request for digital assets
Responsible for the audit of all incoming supplier asset bookings in Zendesk; ensuring all images and content information is provided and in the correct format
Renaming of all provided imagery files
Ensure timely processing of all supplier imagery/content tickets
Recognize and troubleshoot issues with digital assets
Coordination with local and international suppliers and stakeholders
Demonstrate THE ICONIC and ZALORA culture through both behavior and attitude.
Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Competencies:

Strong written English communication skills.
Organised with a high standard of attention to detail
Proactive and hands-on
Experience of working with Zendesk is a plus.
Has the ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
Amenable to work in the greater Metro Manila area particularly in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) area.
Available to start ASAP.
