• Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator, with specific expertise in Terrazzo flooring.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and flooring installation practices.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, methods, and cost structures.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
