Overview The Senior Human Resources Generalist assists in providing a broad range services to the employees and management team of IBEX Global. This role supports best practices in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to: benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, management practices, retention and training/development. This position assists the Human Resources Manager (HRM) as the on-site human resources contact for a workforce of 700+ employees (depending on location).
