- Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists our clients through phone, email or face-to-face interaction, to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the loan to be processed within the given standard processing time.
- Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/completed within set turnaround time.
- Ensure accurate documentation of folders prior delivery to Pag-Ibig.
- Sends daily productivity/accomplishment report to the Customer Financing HDMF Team Lead.
