
Performance Marketing Strategist

- Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad strategy, budgets, and performance
- Design and run creative tests - identify opportunities, analyze data, and optimize accordingly
- Write engaging ad copy, headlines, text overlays, and scripts that drive conversions
- Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline: concepts, briefs, timelines, learnings, and tagging systems
- Lead and manage our Creator Partner Program: engage with creators, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the timing and delivery of assets
- Translate performance data into clear next steps to continually improve ad results
- Collaborate closely with our founders and (soon-to-be-hired) editor to align creative and performance goals
- Lend a hand on email/SMS with occasional light copywriting or creative direction
- Help develop and refine our growth playbook as the company scales
- Proven experience managing Meta ad accounts with $100K+ in monthly spend
- Strong understanding of what drives success in DTC; experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
- Naturally curious with a bias toward action; you enjoy learning, iterating, and improving
- Bonus: experience working with wellness, lifestyle, or sustainability-focused DTC brands
- Email (Klaviyo) or SMS (Postscript) experience (we'll train and support you there)
- Experience using Notion, CapCut, and ChatGPT
