Zoom is looking for Small Business Account Executive to bring the collaboration suite Zoom Platform to organizations across Latin America. Our Small Business AEs engage with new & existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Zoom platform. Our sales team focuses on working with growing organizations with 1-50 employees within a defined geographic territory. About the Team As a member of the Zoom LATAM Small Business Account Executive team, you will empower Small Business organizations to discover new solutions that will help expand their modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. About the Role Meet or exceed sales & performance objectives set quarterly, monthly, weekly Prospect into new accounts and develop and maintain business within existing accounts Follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads to upsell and leverage business from established customer relationships Generate new pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and setting discovery meetings Create, deliver, and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Build positive, trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources Actively managing quotes and proposals Overcoming adversity and self-motivated Basic Skill Qualifications 1+ years sales experience in a Technology company Experience with negotiating, presenting & communicating with clients Advance or Native fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency) Experience with international customers and clients in Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, and others Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Google Workspace Suite Preferred Skill Qualifications 2+ years of Account Management experience in a Technology company Experience with UCaaS or platform sales Closing experience with a history of meeting sales quotas Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience Experience conducting client demos/presentations Knowledge of solution-selling techniques Salesforce CRM experience Responsibilities Experience in discovery, prospecting and MEDDPICC sales methodology Maintain over 30 Outbound Calls, 8 External Client Meetings, 40 Account engagements, and 10 opportunities generated each week Update Clari Forecasting Tool weekly Maintain existing Zoom client account relationships & grow territory through new Opportunities Pursue new accounts through prospecting to increase revenue MRR, overall territory footprint in international LATAM market Conduct account reviews using product knowledge and discovery questions to uncover opportunities Respond to leads submitted by organizations under 50 employees regarding service inquiries, pricing, product information & more Engage inbound marketing generated qualified opportunities by following up via email, Zoom meeting, and phone calls Maintain Salesforce records updated with relevant client information and information related to open pipeline and stages Work closely with Channel Team to process Deal Registrations from distributors of Zoom to their clients Analyze MRR trends and provide weekly updates in Clari regarding employee sales territory Launch Outreach campaigns around buyer personas to drive awareness in existing accounts & new accounts Schedule and lead discovery meetings with prospects, new accounts, and existing accounts Meet key performance indicators & metrics as indicated by department Establishing relationships with key decision makers & nurturing overall strategy Employee attend, participate, & adhere to compliance updates, product training, team meetings & manager 1:1s other internal meetings as required
