Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Client: IT Company in Singapore Work Setup: Onsite - Makati | Monday to Friday | 9 am to 6 pm Salary: Php 50, 000 Responsibilities: Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, or video conferencing (Teams/Zoom), to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals Perform effective online demos to prospects Collaborate with other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics Requirements: Proven inside sales experience with minimum 2 years' experience in the IT industry Experience in handling customer service contract renewal and upsell of services Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Candidate with technical pre-sales IT knowledge will be considered favorably Show more Show less
