- Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, personal networks, and company-led campaigns
- Build trust-based, long-term client relationships
- Maintain an active prospect database and sales pipeline
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments
- Recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions aligned with client goals and financial capacity
- Clearly explain product features, policy benefits, costs, and obligations
- Present financial proposals professionally and confidently
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of applications
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams until policy issuance
- Provide after-sales support and respond to client policy inquiries
- Adhere to ethical selling practices and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure accurate documentation and full client disclosure
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and licensing renewals
- Achieve key performance metrics, including client meetings, policies submitted and issued, annualized premium production, and client retention
- Maintain accuracy and quality of compliance records
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training programs, and professional certifications
- Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to obtain and maintain the required insurance license
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
- High ethical standards and client-focused mindset
- Must be based in or near Parañaque or Las Piñas for accessibility to the assigned office
