- At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, curriculum design, or corporate training.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and proficiency in managing training modules.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting training metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Ethical decision-making and commitment to fostering a culture of integrity.
- Creative and critical thinking in developing training programs.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
