Responsibilities Oversee, organize, review, and evaluate the conduct of the engagement in consultation with the engagement partner. Provide direct supervision and guidance to Internship Associates. Draft reports, tax returns, management letters, and other communications with the client. Meet the professions and the Firms technical standards as established in current professional pronouncements and Firm policies. Provide clients with quality service, preserve engagement and client confidentiality, and enhance professional relationships with client personnel. Share with concerned team members insight into the theory and principles of accounting, and the objectives, standards, and procedures of auditing. Review work output produced by staff and ensure that audit procedures are performed in accordance with standards. Identify specific issues relative to an engagement and determine appropriate strategies in consultation with the engagement partner. Comply with the Firms administrative policies, practices, and guidelines. Demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, positive attitude, and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy Work Experience Senior Manager: At least 9-10 years of working experience in external audit. Manager: At least 7-8 years of working experience in external audit. Assistant Manager: At least 4-5 years of working experience in external audit. Certifications: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Other Qualifications Strong oral and communication skills Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work with multiple engagement teams. Analytical skills with keen attention to detail Proven ability to handle stress and accomplish goals with minimal supervision
