Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer support in operational and engineering issues. Engage in customer's technical and operational projects to timely completion. Support customer's new product start-ups, and production ramp support. Support customers in executing needed upgrades (HW/SW) as well as system reconfigurations. Monitor product/equipment performance and address the issues when happened. Analyse feedback and perform corrective actions on abnormal issues on (product, process, equipment). Provide corrective action follow up along with detailed analysis on the operational problems encountered. Plan & execute enhancement activities to improve equipment performance. Participate in quality, productivity, yield and maintenance cost improvement programs. Active participant in multidisciplinary teams for assign project/tasks if needed. Active participant in a project/problem solving team with strong teamwork skills. Plan and resolve high complexity customer support/technical issues with minimum guidance from supervisor. Prepares complete project / report and escalation documents. Interface with design, process, test and reliability engineering to resolve problems. Provide inputs to strategic procedures and implement as they're approved. Implement plans that contribute to the achievement of mid-term goal of the business. Responsible for delivery against specific monthly targets or assigned projects. Co-work with technical staff in the day-to-day performance of their job. Willing to work on-call and be dispatched on different locations of PH Customers. The Successful Applicant KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics) With working experience in the related field is advantage. Experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance, Machine Repair and Troubleshooting, Working knowledge of Test system setup (Tester + Handler test cell) and how they function Working knowledge on different system OS (Windows, Linux, UNIX) C++, Java/Perl Script knowledge is an advantage. Pro-active, can work with less supervision, independent and team player. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills. Understanding of tools and technology need to complete repairs. Knowledge and experience on small circuitry, motors and pneumatic function is advantage. Has the ability to perform data analyse and draft presentation using office applications. Knowledge on root cause analysis method, like DMAIC is advantage. Preferably know how to drive and owns a car.
