
Content Marketing Specialist

- Develop content for 7Gen and clients through the creation of comms plans, blogs, press releases, scripts, social media copy, photo captions, briefing documents, blog posts, and other required written output
- Coordinate with the Content Editor and Account Managers to understand stakeholder and client needs and campaign requirements, including any possible challenges in execution
- Manage and maintain 7Gen social media accounts across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure improvements and successful implementation of campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for pitches and join presentations to clients
- Report to the office at least twice a week, every Monday and Tuesday, for face-to-face collaboration
- Attend events and other out-of-office functions as necessary
- Has a proven record of excellent writing, demonstrated in a portfolio
- Has at least one year of experience writing in a similar role
- Has an impeccable grasp of both English and Filipino, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Can adhere to both the in-house style guide and clients’ style guides and policies for publication
- Can work independently and proactively with little or no daily supervision
- Can work on multiple projects with different objectives and deadlines simultaneously
- Has strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Has good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficient with computers, especially writing programs such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
