Role Overview: In this role, you will play a vital role in our company's success by spearheading the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the perfect candidates for open positions. Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networking sites, etc.) Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for open positions Work with hiring managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives Attend job fairs, career caravans, and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates Proactively source and build relationships with qualified candidates for future openings Track and analyze recruitment metrics and reports Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process Attend calibration sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in volume recruitment or a similar role Strong understanding of the recruitment process Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for building relationships and helping others succeed Show more Show less
