The Mission Coordinator is in-charge of the design, conceptualization up to implementation of various employee engagement and experience initiatives, such as: Emergency Support Services (Medical Assistance, Bereavement Assistance, Maternity Assistance), Health and Wellness Programs, Personal Development Seminars and Workshops, Employee Discount Program, Team Building Activities, Special Celebrations & other Family-friendly programs, Leadership Summits, Town Halls and General Assemblies, Employee Anniversary Celebrations, Site-wide Info-Campaigns, Roadshows, Employee Orientations. To uphold the company Mission: Be the Best BPO and Make Each Person's Life Better through Mission Care@Work promoting a culture of healthy work environment and Give@Work supporting volunteerism initiatives, and programs promoting a culture of healthy work environment for the employees, family members and community we belong. Initiate programs focusing care activities for the employees and family members. Attend to caring cases for both employees and family members Facilitate home and hospital visits Work hand in hand with care coaches for referral and employee special cases Supports & drives initiatives that benefit the company & the community it serves.
