Role Description IP Engineer is primarily responsible in ensuring the proper operation and timely maintenance of all equipment and facilities for the Daiichi Industrial Park and Mountview Industrial Complex project in Cavite. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising technical team to carry out routine maintenance and repair works. Monitoring of contractors, 3 rd party service providers' work and performance. Preparing progress and performance reports. Monitoring the operation and maintenance of all equipment including its accessories and support machinery regularly. Preparing, planning, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Monitoring of the locator's compliance with the Deeds of Restrictions, Construction Rules and Regulations, and Industrial Park Rules and Regulations. Implementation of the park's safety and environmental work plans as well as addressing issues related to it. QUALIFICATIONS: A Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering course Must be a Registered Professional Engineer Minimum of five (5) years of work experience, ideally should also be an accredited Safety and Pollution Control Officer With strong team skills and solid verbal and written communication skills Supervisory skills with decision-making capabilities Willing to be assigned in Cavite
