Job Summary The Bookkeeper is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, playing a vital role in supporting the accounting team. This role involves handling daily financial operations, maintaining meticulous records, and assisting with the preparation of reports. The Bookkeeper will also handle inventory tracking, sales data monitoring, and support audit processes. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Review inventory forms for accuracy, track product quantities including sales data such as sold bottles counts Conduct inventory control for perfume production materials Collaborate with the Admin Assistant to track stock levels, conduct audits, and manage procurement, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies and proper warehouse organization. Sales Tracking & Invoicing Update the Sales Journal daily, monitor and record sales data with accuracy and proper documentation, prepare invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and track payment status. Expense Management Collect and verify receipts and supporting documents for all financial transactions, including deliveries, warehouse operations, office expenses, and travel liquidations. Ensure accurate expense tracking and proper documentation for compliance and financial reporting. Assist in audit preparations by organizing and compiling necessary financial records and reports. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the accounting & finance department, including filing, organizing, and maintaining financial documents. Show more Show less
