Project Manager - ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 Implementation JOB SUMMARY: Will lead the planning, execution, and successful certification of both ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management System). This role ensures the integration of both standards into the organization's operations, aligning security and quality objectives with business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Develop and maintain integrated project plans for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Standards Implementation Conduct gap analyses for both standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls. Ensure alignment and integration of ISMS and QMS frameworks. Risk and Compliance Identify and assess risks related to information security and quality. Implement risk treatment plans and monitor effectiveness. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Documentation and Records Oversee the creation and maintenance of required documentation. Ensure document control procedures are in place and followed. Training and Awareness Develop and deliver training programs for staff on ISO standards. Promote awareness of quality and information security across the organization. Audit and Certification Prepare the organization for internal and external audits. Coordinate with certification bodies and manage audit logistics. Track and close non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Continuous Improvement Establish KPIs and monitor performance of ISMS and QMS. Facilitate management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Quality Management, or related field. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Lead Auditor certification in ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001 is a plus.
