You’ll build impactful dashboards, collaborate across teams, and help scale reporting solutions across markets. A solid grasp of data science concepts is a big plus as we expand into more advanced analytics.What You'll Do
  • Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Write and optimize DAX formulas for accurate, efficient reporting.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver clear, visual insights.
  • Partner with global teams and product owners to align on data needs and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data quality through cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
  • Contribute to Power BI governance and best practices.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and provide guidance on basic data science models.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s in Statistics, Math, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with deep Power BI and DAX expertise.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and basic machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Work Schedule and Location
  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
