Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of Collections experience - financialAt least Senior High School Graduate (New curriculum)Prior Sales/Collections experience is an add-onComfortable working in 24/7 work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers & shareholders.Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing processes.Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity.Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a tremendous will to winStrong relationship building, management and influencing skillsExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsPlease note that this is a future opportunity in American Express.Additional Details:
