Accounting Operations Analyst III

- Prepare accounting journal entries for monthly close transactional activities, including but not limited to: payroll, operating leases, petty cash, travel & expense, standardized journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for low risk general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
- Operate ERP systems to complete automated procedures, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) load procedures.
- Maintain the company’s Costar system to record operating leases
- Perform control procedures to ensure compliance SOX
- Support requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wide
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Complete ad-hoc projects as requested
- Minimum 2 years experience in transactional roles, including Intercompany, PtP, OtC; OR minimum 1 year experience in equivalent RtR role
- Accuracy is required in performing all aspects of the role
- Previous experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficial
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Computer literacy, incl. MS Excel
- Proficient in English
