Then read on.About the RoleThis position is accountable for managing the systems and processes that support the Business Quality (BQ) framework.

Lead, develop and oversee delivery and implementation of BQ systems and IT- related projects (e.g. policy replacement automation, market conduct monitoring tool, early warning signs).
Analyze and recommend improvements on the flow of various BQ processes.
Design and pilot report templates and other monitoring tools to be used by the team.
Create and maintain the BQ database.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
