Additional Technologies: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Drupal, and Flutterflow for portal and integration work. Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS Cloud for hosting and integration components. ITSM & DevOps: Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, OneHub) and incident management processes. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 5-8 years in Salesforce application support and integration roles. Certifications: Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer Certification, Mulesoft Certified Developer, ITIL Foundation. 5 years of proven experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent Significant proficiency/In-depth knowledge in the domain (Technology and products) Development and support for customized solutions on Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with Salesforce and other system teams for end-to-end integration support. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA. Execute configuration changes, data updates, and minor enhancements as per service requests. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support knowledge base for recurring issues. Participate in release management, deployments, and environment refresh activities.
