- Support the Service Delivery function within the Tax practice
- Oversee team operations and ensure quality deliverables
- Handle functional work for client firms
- Assist in US Readiness Program initiatives
- Learn and adapt to Philippines operations, hiring, and service delivery processes within 3 months
- Participate in Business Development calls
- Advise on the types of tax professionals available in the Philippines
- Support initiatives to grow tax teams in the Philippines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with US leadership
- Collaborate globally with Service Delivery counterparts in India, LATAM, and future expansion regions
- Manage and develop a tax team based in the Philippines
- Lead the performance review process for team members
- Assist with technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Help form tax teams for clients
- Provide insights during client discovery calls and intake meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and deliver solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of Tax experience
- 2-3 years of management experience
- US Taxation expertise (both individual and corporate)
- CPA firm experience required
- CPA - Preferred; MBA - Preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with accounting software and documentation tools
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
- Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
