You will collaborate with Regional, Area and Global stakeholders and support the Talent Product Owner in designing, building, and improving Talent technologies and processesYour key responsibilities

Documenting Sourcing to OnBoarding processes and identifying inefficiencies in current processes
Providing insights to improve automation and identifying opportunities for performance improvement
Creating detailed instructions for successful implementation of Technology and process changes
Supporting increased productivity by developing technology roadmaps to enable processes
Working with the Talent Product Owner and Product Senior Analyst to prioritize requests effectively
Producing reports to document process and adoption status and changes within the assigned function

Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have

Experience in implementing Technology and process solutions to achieve functional and process efficiencies
Experience working in global dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to deliver required results

Ideally, you'll also have

Knowledge of EY tools, systems, and technology
Strong teaming and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across the Talent ecosystem and EY organization
Ability to drive change and technology projects in a complex and agile environment
