Overview:Senior Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of aftersales requests and adjustment of transactions related to bank products and services (e.g., e-wallet. deposits, loans, credit cards, QR payments/acquiring transactions). This position ensures all requests are handled within service level agreements (SLA), with a strong focus on compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, process ownership, and continuous improvement mindset to support a seamless customer experience post-transaction.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in fulfillment, reconciliation, or posttransaction support.
Exposure to financial adjustments, exception handling, and documentation preparation. Familiarity with operational risk controls, SLA management, and reconciliation tools.
