Description Own the total number of partner providers we have Keep our partner churn rate to a minimum Scout for relevant partners for pitching and onboarding Monitor partner coverage and their respective utilization Identify areas of growth think our healthcare provider network and execute plans to either (1) increase their transaction volume and/or (2) basket size Identify significant problem areas and collaborate with the Service Delivery team to address them Represent KMD in relevant meetings, industry and community events to widen our funnel of potential partners. Mentor your team. Identify high-potential teammates and endorse them for additional training and exposure. Requirements Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to make narrative-driven, concise and purposeful digital presentations. At least 3 years of solid tech, start-up or health and wellness experience. Accustomed to agile and fluid environments, goal-oriented and quick in asking clarificatory questions to gather more relevant partner information. Confident in meeting and conversing with a wide range of stakeholders. Advance skills in Google Slides, Powerpoint or Keynote, Canva, Google Sheets. Experience in public relations, copywriting, graphic design, account management, B2B sales particularly in the health and wellness space is an advantage.
