- Manage and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting documents and financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
- Provide support to the accounting team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered
