Job Title Data AnalystJob Description Summary The overall objective is the data quality of the data assets, datasets, data records and data elements specifically related to the “Client” and “Contact” data elements in Engage.Job DescriptionThis person will assist Cushman & Wakefield to maintain data that is fit for purpose and ‘clean’. Therefore, your primary focus will be data extraction, analysis of data, applying data mining techniques, and doing statistical analysis to help identify those data need of attention and stewardship.Relationships/ContactsClient Data Manager, VP BIO Marketing Systems, Engage Technical team and Product team, Engage Product Owners, CW Data Governance organization..Responsibilities

Carrying out data usage and security policies of Cushman and Wakefield Engage data counsel
A liaison between TDS and the business (Global Engage users)
Document and maintain metainformation for the data, such as definitions, related rules/governance, physical manifestation, and related data models.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques with reference to the policies of the DG council and provide guidance for correction of data
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems to
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and transform datasets
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Skills And Qualifications

1+ years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in working with any one of the Databases.
Good knowledge and experience in Advanced MS Excel, SFDC
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Great communication skills
