⏳ Duration: Minimum of 3 months (40 hours/week | 8 hours/day)About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Brand & Revenue CRM Intern to support our customer lifecycle and loyalty initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in data-driven marketing, customer experience, and CRM strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer behavior and performance across different customer tiers to generate actionable insightsSupport initiatives that drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime valueCollaborate with data engineering, operations, and business teams to translate data into insights for decision-makingAssist in the design and analytics of the company’s Loyalty Program (tiering, rewards effectiveness, engagement metrics)Help manage and optimize the CRM funnel, including:Setting up customer journey stagesExecuting CRM campaignsMonitoring lead progressionTracking engagement and conversion metricsProvide recommendations to improve customer retention and repeat visitsQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesBelo Medical Group values your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and sensitive information.
