OnsitePurpose of Role:The position is responsible for developing, maintaining and maximizing relationships with our aftermarket customers of GEHO® positive displacement pumps for the Asia region. Frequent domestic and international travel is a fundamental component to being successful in this position. Building and maintaining long term relationships with end users of GEHO® pumps.
Providing feedback to the needs in service and support of these end users.
Follow up on customer requests and complaints until full resolution.
Composition and management of aftermarket sales budgets in consultation with the Managing Director – Southeast & North Asia and Regional GEHO® Product Manager.
Build relationships with our suppliers of spares and technical support, Weir Minerals Netherlands.
Initiating, managing and maintaining spares and service agreements.
Providing technical recommendations and upgrade support to customers.
Training for GEHO® end users and Asia based staff.
Handle spare parts technical enquiries and pricing and working closely with the Customer Support team on technical issues.
