  • Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
  • Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
  • Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
  • Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
  • Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
We are looking for someone who:
  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
  • Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Is a self-starter
  • Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
